Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add celery, onion, pepper and garlic. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in chicken broth; bring to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half.
Meanwhile, grill or fry sausage according to package instructions; keep warm.
Stir rice into vegetable mixture. Slice and serve sausage with rice.
