Ingredients
4 large (8-inch) flour tortilla
12 oz. sliced Butterball® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
8 slices Butterball® Original Turkey Bacon
1 cup Iceberg lettuce
1 Tomato, sliced
4 Cheddar cheese slices
4 tablespoons of Ranch
Directions
Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, about 18 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon; drain on paper towels. Chop and set aside.
Assemble the pinwheels. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch on each tortilla, leaving 1/2-inch space at edges. Top each tortilla with 2 turkey slices. Top with iceberg lettuce, sliced tomatoes, 2 cheddar cheese slices, chopped bacon.
Starting at one edge of the tortilla, roll up tightly. Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and transfer to a sheet pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
Unwrap and cut 1 inch off each end of the rolls. Discard ends. Slice each into 4 pinwheels. Serve immediately or store in a container, refrigerated, for up to three days.
