Total Time

Ingredients

  • 4 Frozen Burgers
  • 1 package of Brioche Buns
  • 1 teaspoon of Greek Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • TZATZIKI SAUCE
  • 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup of Cucumber, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint

Directions

  1. De-seeding your cucumber is optional. I like the texture of the cucumber seeds, so I leave them in. Dice your cucumber and add to a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Add your seasoning to your cucumbers, along with your oil, lemon juice, fresh dill and mint. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Cover your tzatziki sauce with cling film and place in your refrigerator to keep cold.
  4. Season your frozen patties and place them into your hot skillet.
  5. Cook from 5 to 8 minutes on each side of the patty until fully cooked through.
  6. Lightly butter your buns and toast them on your cast iron skillet.
  7. Prepare your burgers, add your patty to your bottom toasted bun. Add a generous amount of tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and tomato, add your top bun and you are ready to eat.
  8. You can also add cheese to your patty if you choose.
  9. Serve hot.
