Ingredients
1 lb Butterball Ground Turkey
63 Tater tots (approximately)
Oil
8 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
2 1/2 Cups Shredded Mexican cheese
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
Scallions
Seasoning of your choosing (for turkey)
Directions
Start by sautéing one package of Butterball Ground Turkey meat. Add the ground turkey to a pan with oil on medium heat and sauté with your favorite seasoning until cooked all the way through.
Next, add approximately 63 frozen tater tots to the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together 8 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese & seasoning (1 Tsp of salt, 2 Tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 Tsp of pepper, 1/2 Tsp of paprika).
Pour the egg mixture over the casserole dish with the tater tots in it and top with more shredded cheese.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Depending on your oven.
