Jehan Powell's Grilled Sausage and Vegetables with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (13oz) Butterball Natural Hardwood Smoked Turkey Sausage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 ears corn, cut in 3 pieces
  • 2 zucchinis, cut in half
  • 1 red onion, cut into ½ inch slices
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • GARLIC BUTTER
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Add corn, zucchini and red onion to a bowl and season with olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika and salt. 
  2. Grill sausages for 3-5 minutes until it is slightly charred. Grill zucchini and onions for about 2 minutes per side until they soften. Grill corn for 10 minutes, making sure to turn every 2 minutes. 
  3. Remove sausage and vegetables from the grill. Cut sausage and zucchini into 2-inch pieces. 
  4. To make the garlic butter, melt butter in the microwave on high for 1 minute then add crushed garlic, salt, dill and paprika and mix to combine. 
  5. Pour over grilled vegetables and sausage, then serve.
