Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Butterball 85% lean ground turkey
  • 1 1⁄2 cups chopped spinach
  • 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Buns and Tzatziki sauce for serving

Directions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, spinach, feta, garlic, Worcestershire, olive oil, and seasonings in a large bowl until fully incorporated. 
  2. Form 8 evenly sized patties (about ¼ lb each). Place on a large baking sheet lined with foil. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to firm up. 
  3. Cook/grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until burgers have reached an internal temperature of 165°F. 
  4. Serve with tzatziki sauce and your favorite buns. Enjoy!
