Mandi Conley's Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs Ground Turkey 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tbsp ketchup 
  • 1 small onion, diced 
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 pack onion soup 
  • 1/3 cup parsley 
  • Nonstick spray 

Glaze 

  • 1 cup ketchup 
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce 
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar 
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Prep – Chop the onion, crack the egg, and measure out all ingredients.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey with the bread crumbs, onion soup packet, onion, parsley, minced garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, milk, ketchup, & egg.
  4. Distribute meatloaf mixture in a nonstick muffin tin coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake your meatloaf muffins for 20-25 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, bbq sauce, brown sugar, & Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Remove meatloaf from the oven & brush or spoon glaze on top of each meatloaf muffin. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley! & Enjoy this delicious turkey meatloaf with your favorite sides!
