          Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 package Butterball Polish Style Smoked Turkey Sausage, sliced into ¼ inch coins
 - 4 cups of sweet potatoes, peeled and diced to ½ inch cubes
 - 1 cup sweet onion chopped into 1 inch chunks
 - 1 cup sweet red pepper diced to ½ inch (approximately two peppers)
 - 2 cups of chopped kale
 - 1 cup Brussels sprouts quartered lengthwise
 - 1 tbsp freshly minced garlic
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional - serve with crushed red chili pepper to spice it up at the finish.
