Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix without dressing
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1 cup matchstick slices Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 8 slices Butterball Original Turkey Bacon
  • 1 pound (16 ounces) Butterball Cajun Style Turkey Breast
  • 8 slices rye bread, toasted

Directions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice and Creole seasoning in medium bowl. Stir in coleslaw mix, cabbage, apple and cilantro until coated. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Prepare turkey bacon according to package directions.
  3. Divide coleslaw mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread. Top each with 2 pieces turkey bacon and 4 ounces turkey breast; top with remaining 4 slices bread. Serve immediately.
