Ingredients
1 (3 lb.) Butterball® Boneless Turkey Breast Roast, thawed
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Remove outer plastic netting and packaging from turkey breast; drain; pat dry. Remove and refrigerate gravy packet for another use. Leave inner netting on the turkey breast roast. For easier removal before serving, lift string netting and shift position of roast. Brush turkey breast with lemon juice; sprinkle with seasonings. Spray with cooking spray.
Place prepared roast, skin side up, on flat rack in in 2-inch deep roasting pan. Do not add water to pan. Roast uncovered 1-3/4 to 2 houre or until meat thermometer inserted center of roast reaches 170°F.
Remove from oven; cover with foil and let rest 15 minutes. Remove foil and carefully remove netting. Slice and serve.
