About Our Shared Table

Our Shared Table is Butterball's philanthropic platform. At Butterball, we know just how much food has the power to connect people. Through Our Shared Table, Butterball works to support organizations, events, and efforts that build meaningful connections through food in our local communities and beyond.

Our Shared Table Pillars

Our Shared Table is made up of three pillars, helping to ensure we’re doing the most good for our communities and our people.

  • Community Connections Through this pillar, each Butterball location financially supports local nonprofits and events that build meaningful connections through food in the community. 

  • Heartfelt Meals Our in-kind donation pillar, we provide Butterball products to those who need them most. 

  • Team Member Support In this area of focus, we provide help and support for team members going through hardship.

Doing good work in your community by building meaningful connections through food? We’d love to hear from you. We prioritize supporting organizations that:

• Have 501 (c)(3) status 
• Are located within 60 miles of a Butterball location

How To Apply

Request a nonprofit financial donation.
If you're a 501 (c)(3) within 60 miles of a Butterball location, we'd love to support one of your events or causes — start by filling out the form below. Our typical turnaround time is eight weeks, so be sure to plan ahead! We're not currently accepting product donations, but we love your giving spirit.

How it works

Each Butterball location doubles as a community hub, led by a local Community Leadership Team. The teams manage donation requests (including confirming requests meet our criteria), identify charitable opportunities, and make giving decisions based on the unique needs of the communities where they work.

Feeding America
Butterball donates turkey products to Feeding America in support of food banks across the country. When we are unable to directly donate products, we recommend connecting with Feeding America as an alternative resource.
